Pecan And Stilton Omelette
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
40 gram approximately of Stilton of your choice
100 gram Pecan Nuts
Instruction:
Toast Pecans for approximately 1 min, add a drizzle of olive to a medium heated pan, crack eggs into a separate dish and whisk together then pour evenly over the pecans.
