How To Make A Traditional Jamaican Drink Sorrel and Ginger


100 g Sorrel

1 thumb Of Ginger

2 caps Wray And Nephew White Rum

Honey Or Sugar To taste


Pour boiling water over the Sorrel and Ginger leave for the flavours to draw out if you wish for a stronger ginger taste boil for a short time to gain more heat, leave it to cool down add 2 caps of Wray And Nephew White Rum then add sugar or honey, i’d rather add the honey so it would be one of my healthy recipes to make.

This a Jamaican Festive healthy recipe you can have with or without the rum, still equally enjoyed either way.
