How To Make A mango And Pineapple Soup Part 2


1 Mango
1 Pineapple
2 Spring Onions
2 Sticks Of Celery
A Bunch Of Coriander
2 Garlic Cloves
100 Gr of Red Lentils
Juice Of 1/2 A Lime
3 Pimentos
Thumb Of Ginger
Sea Salt To Taste
200 Gr Of Honey Or To Taste
1 Scotch Bonnet
1 Litre Of Water


Remove the skin and seed from the mango and slice into small chunks and pretty much the same with the Pineapple. Cut the flesh and add to the water along with the chopped Spring onions and celery, garlic, lentils, lime juice and scotch bonnet chilli pepper pimentos which also known as All Spice this berry works well with savory and sweet dishes. I used coriander but you can also use herbs de provence. Bring to the boil then simmer approximately 30 minutes.

Be sure to taste as it’s cooking so add the honey and salt at your discretion…

For the vegan option you can use Agave Syrup

Remove The Scotch Bonnet And Blend.
